The video ad when scrolling is very annoying, it took over into a full screen that interrupts with my shopping and made me not want to shop anymore!
They deleted my order history and now when I go do groceries they don’t update my histories order that I brought. I email them about months ago seem like still haven’t fix it. It was useful to look up brands that I forgot in the past can just look it up. It was a nice thing to have!
No dark mode or dark mode icon. Too bright at night when everything else I have is dark mode.

Need aisle number or anything that’ll tell me where to find an item in store. Stores aren’t big, there really should be something that can be done about it.
I hate this app. I type in the product I’m searching for—bam! Right there as a suggestion. I click it and 50 other non related products appear. I’m searching for a SPECIFIC PRODUCT. I don’t want your paid ads for completely unrelated products. What happened to the receipt history?? I don’t remember what I spent $57 on. I want to review that purchase. Product location and availability would be fantastic as well.
The mobile app needs improvements and my local store must be under staffed or something because, they have trouble fulfilling orders promptly. A very hectic in-store shopping experience is why I’d rather order on the app and pick up, but even that is not very efficient. Sprouts should be looking at other examples of how this whole process can be done better.
This app really does not do much besides let you see if an item is available at a specific locations. Sprouts does not have very many coupons weekly and definitely not for commonly bought brands/items. you cannot see your past receipts even if you scan your account. There is no reward system even though there’s a button that’s says “sprouts rewards” it should just say clipped coupons. the app really has no use.

After spending way too much time filling my cart, check out doesn’t work and I went in circles trying to pay. So far, I haven’t ever been able to check out on this awful app.
Need sale alerts on specific items
After several years of not using the app—and deciding to re-download it—NOTHING has changed: the bugginess still hasn’t been fixed, and there is still no iPad version… so I still do not use this app, and just use the website. So annoying. 🙄
Cmon mcfly. Need aisle numbers on items. Nutrition labels are on the boxes don't need it in the app. Need aisles cmon.
There’s no iPad version for me to do my lengthy grocery shopping browsing and ordering sessions from the comfort of my sofa with my big iPad screen. I do that with Albertsons and Safeway instead. On top of that, even though I key in my phone number at checkout so that Sprouts can track my purchases, I’m not able to view my in-store receipts through the app. Safeway, Albertsons and even Fry’s (Kroger) let me do that. I wish Sprouts would up their game on these two fronts.

For a health food store you’d think they’d understand the need for all parts of the labels being available for viewing in the app. Is incredibly frustrating. ESPECIALLY when it comes to vitamins. They dont even have the ingredients listed. Sprouts please please please fix this!!!!!
Products listed as in stock on the app are often out of stock when I arrive at the store. I spoke to the grocery manager about this at my local store and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he was aware of the issue. He didn't seem inclined to look into it and seemed annoyed that I had taken him away from his busy work to ask the question. Clearly there is a disconnect between the systems that track store inventory and the app database. I would have just assumed that products are being sold out between me looking at the app and 10 minutes later when I arrive at the store if the grocery manager hadn't made it clear it was a known issue. Plus, it happens so frequently, it couldn't always be due to products selling out before I arrive.
Wish they’d update the app to show your in-store purchase receipts on your account opposed to only seeing the receipts for items you ordered online/through the app for pickup.
To see my barcode for my rewards, I am taken to another site and have to log in again. You need to fix this so you can open your barcode from within the app and not be taken to another site.

Before I can order your product I must first find my correct address within your app. Please correct Pembroke to Pembrook. Once that is updated - I’ll order. Details matter. (Also, I was unable to change the address to the accurate address, weird?)
When you arrive to pick up your order, the app screen goes white when you attempt to input your vehicle details. I have to call in and hope someone picks up the phone. Please fix, this makes the process inconvenient.
I used this today for the first time. Too many distractions with ads. This will be the last time I use this app or shop at Sprouts. Back to Central Market because their app isn’t a fracking nightmare to use. This thing is like shopping in a circus funhouse. Worst experience ever. Bad app. Had to call to let them know I had arrived. My dog could write a better app
Every since the app completely changed its layout I can no longer log in which has led to me missing out on coupons. I log in and it's loads as if it's successful but the app does not change out of "sign up/log in" no matter how many times I try.
Everytime I do a curbside pickup, I can never put my car info because the screen turns white once I tap. This always leads to issues when I go to pickup my order and then I get faced with annoyed employees when I get there. Please fix!
I’ve ordered three times on my sabbaths but they always bring non organic or simple non ripe things, like what am I supposed to eat until next week! They exaggerate. I’ll simply go on a sabbaths.
App legit won’t let me checkout There’s always something going on which forces me to use Instacart I prefer using the store website/app but it’s not functional. Having to switch every item over to another platform is a huge inconvenience
Every time there is an update it loses log in information and I have to reset password. That is some basic it programming that high schoolers know.
App desperately needs fixing! Account showing my store is in Arizona whilst I actually live and shop in California! Also there is no way to correct it in the app or website!
Since updating the app, I cannot check out in the app (it continually asks me to log in). When scrolling through options to shop, video ads pop up and play incessantly. This app is useless and a waste of time. I now have to go in person and shop after trying to check out online, wasting my time.
Hours of operation shown online are not accurate. Calling the store number is no better. Frustrating lack of respect for customers.
There was an update and now you can no longer access receipts or sort coupons by department. You can also no longer leave reviews for products. It’s decently functional otherwise though.
The app is pretty much useless. I clip coupons and they are never applied to my bill. Please fix this. It would also be nice to view past receipts in the app.
Mental telepathy would probably work better than using online to order from Sprouts. They use a third-party vendor and not synchronized at all. I ordered one product, got something different, and store was calling their vendor to fix, but could not get through. Wow!
Adding item location would be the greatest thing you could do. Walmart pinpoints the location with aisle number, section number, and “module” number, the latter being the specific location in the section. If Walmart, with their many supercenters can do this, Sprouts can help their customers find items, too. Reasor’s provides the bare minimum of aisle number. Your customers and Instacart shoppers would be immensely grateful for this addition to your app.
The new app redesign is not an improvement. I lost my different shopping lists and in-cart items I had saved in the old app and the new “list” in this newly redesigned app only allows you to add a set amount of items (around16-20) before it starts replacing or removing items you added to the list. The redesign is terrible.

The last update of the app remove the option to review my past in-store orders. Now I have to get my receipt printed. A waste of paper.
6 dollars in service fees and an 8 dollar delivery fee??? My order went from $35 to $50 before even adding a tip. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I’ve had my Sprouts account for years and have continually had technical issues after logging in. With this new update, I haven’t been able to successfully login for 2 weeks
Your new app is terrible! I filled up my grocery list twice with 32 or more items, and it just reset to only 12 items. This happened on both my iPad and iPhone. Can’t trust it to keep an accurate list right now. What a shame as this used to work flawlessly.
My shopping list is gone!!! I shouldn’t have updated 🥲 Bring it back!!! Also, the coupons now display a tiny image of the product but a huge “Save $1.00” label and “Show items” covers part of the product image making it even more difficult to see it. Who is the “genius” behind this redesign? I will just stop shopping in the store since it will take forever to create a new shopping list. Bring it back!!!

Used to be great. Now it’s caught in a never-ending “log in to see local savings” loop. I sign in and sign in and it won’t let me. It’s stupid. Guess I’ll shop elsewhere. Dumb.
